To list items on eBay marketplaces, simply click List Items to Marketplace on the Online Sales Home page.
Select Items
Select the items you want to list online from you item list. Select the items and click Next.
You will be asked to sign in with your Windows Live ID (previously .net passport):

You can have Office Accounting remember your Windows Live ID, remember your password or even sign you in automatically (although the latter is not recommended for security reasons). Click Sign In.
Select a marketplace
You must set up the items on a marketplace. Choose a eBay and click Next.
Review and list products
You can now see a list of the products you want to list. Click Edit to edit the products and make them ready for listing.

The information on the item form in Office Accounting is automatically copied to marketplace services.
Item form
To list on eBay, you need to set up:
- Listing Type
- Item Title
- Category 1
- Item Descriptionv
- Starting price
- Duration
- Quantity
- Location
- Payment terms
The product details will show the item title and item description from the item form. Click Edit next to Category 1.

It is important to select a category that matches what you are selling to make it easier for eBay buyers to find your item. Select your category and as many subcategories as applicable and click Save and close.
Set a starting price and click Add next to the Product image to add an image.
Select / Add images
Pick My computer in the Select images from drop-down box. A Browse button appears.
Select / Add images with browse button
Click the Browse button:
Choose image file
Navigate to the image, select it and click Open. The image will now appear on the image list.

Select the image on the list and click Done.
Listing with image
A small thumbnail of the selected images will now appear. You can hover over the image with your mouse pointer to see it in large size with caption.
Complete the shipping and taxes, locations, Payment and Upgrades sections.

Click Save.
Ready for listing
The item has now changed status to Ready for listing  and you can list it on eBay by clicking List or you can preview the listing by clicking Preview.
Preview
List the item and click Close. Once an item has been listed, it can be re-listed again and again based on the setup and the setup can be changed if needed.
