Windows XP - the most popular version of Windows to date...
Office Accounting 2007 runs on all 4 retail versions of Windows XP: Professional, Home, Tablet PC and Media Center edition. You need to install service pack 2 or greater before installing Office Accounting 2007.
Please note that Office Accounting Professional multi user capabilities are not available if you use Windows XP Home Edition. If you want to share a database between multiple PCs, you will have to use one of the other three versions of Windows XP.

Windows Server 2003
Office Accounting Professional runs on your version of Windows Server 2003, regardless of whether you are using the Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2 or Windows Small Business Server 2003.
If you want to run Office Accounting Professional 2007 on the full version of SQL Server, it must be SQL Server 2005 (included in Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium edition).
